Guest guest
Nordic: welcome! How tall are you? We are both a support group and a forum for scientific info. Finish the book. Then read our files expecially our file especially for beginners called " CR Made Easy " . That should get you on the way to being a CRONIE. Don't expect miracles at first. Just go slow and easy. You're very young and have lots of time to improve your dietary habits. Don't hesitate to ask any other questions. on 11/3/2003 11:41 AM, nordicman72 at hmadison@... wrote: > Hi! Guest guest
Thanks for the welcoming words! I'm 6'2 " . I intend to finish " Beyond the 120 Year Diet " within the next couple of weeks and begin experimenting with recipies. I'm headed over to read the " CR Made Easy " file now. Thanks again for your reply and I look forward to many, MANY years of sharing! --Nordicman (Harvey Madison) > > > Hi!
