Doug's cabbage/tuna recipe

Doug, thank you for the recipe you posted recently. It helped add some

variety to my diet. I made it again today, with a few changes. I

doubled the recipe, and used a 14 oz. can of salmon (drained), instead

of tuna. After I turned the heat off, I stirred in two large cloves of

garlic, minced, (for their anti-candida properties), instead of garlic

powder. It turned out very well.
