etc. Blood clots cause more pain during menstration. Garlic helps

dissolve blood clots so your period should be easier. If you don't

take too much Willow Bark (only according to the label) nor consume

excessive garlic (over 20 cloves per day) there will be no problems

with bleeding or the blood being too thin.
