> Thanks Bee for what you are doing but this diet is not for me now.

It is no longer going to be a diet but a way of life for me.

==>Way to go ! Very very well done on your decision!

> The benefits so far have been wonderfull. IBS?? what is that it has

gone, the burning feeling on the soles of my feet gone. I am sleeping

better and also deeper. Other than going through the effects of die

off this is a fantasic way to live. I have found the real meaning of

good food. Thrown all the canned food out I used to eat. Looking

forward now to a lot healthier life.

> Thank you very much Bee you are a treasure.

==>You are very welcome my friend. I'm honored to help you. May I

post the above to our Success Stories?

==>Hi. What your name please? That's good your bleeding stopped. I

don't believe " all bleeding " is a negative thing either. Blood is very

healing and cleansing as well. However we are taught that any bleeding

means something bad is happening, which isn't true in all cases.

Onions are antifungal, so start with small amounts and only gradually

increase them to minimize reactions.

You do not have to be constipated in order to have small tears or

fissures in the anus; even very sticky hard to pass stools will cause

them.

+++Hi Ed. Yes, that's a good coconut oil.

>

> Furthermore , I should state I add 1 tsp of the above along with 2

> capsules of Organika Digestive Enzymes with my meals .

+++It is not wise to take any digestive enzymes; only take betaine

hydrochloric acid supplements (or sauerkraut) to increase stomach

acid, so the contents of the stomach emptying into the small

intestines contains enough acid to trigger the pancreas to work,

producing digestive enzymes as well as baking soda. The baking soda

is very important since the stomach acid must be neutralized for the

continued digestion of the food through the intestines.

> Accordingly , the coconut oil with meals may help repel the candida

from the food you are ingesting allowing for you the benefits of the

food , rather than the candida :)

+++No coconut oil doesn't repel candida from the food. It kills

candida.

> Can I make the parsley tea with a kettle that has an infuser .

Since this is what I use for tea in general . Kettle & infuser link

below to give you a better concept . No disrespect .

+++Yes, that's fine to use.

> However and nonetheless I will add the parsley tea , Vitamin A via

> fish oil capsules ( hope to acquire Gel caps ) , and I will commence

> the sitz baking soda baths alternating with epson salt baths ;

which I have done in the past . The coffee enema , I will try once

I can acquire the supplies or enema kit (online) I have my eye on ,

in the near future :) ........

+++There is an Enema Supply ad on the coffee enema article, which has

great equipment (and it helps support my website).

> I'm a bachelor , at the moment , so everything is a transition ,

especially when acquiring supplies in respect to finances and I am

sure I'm not alone in that regard .

+++No, Ed, you are not alone.

> strikes again :)

+++No problems Ed. You are welcome for the help, and you too can

help by passing it on.

The best in health, Be
