are you couldn't possible get a biotin deficiency even IF eggs white

may cause it (which I do not believe they do). Skin eruptions are

caused by toxins being eliminated through the skin.

I have to agree with Bee on this, I've had a small red/flaky circle under my

left eye, at times it's very itchy and dodersom not to mention annoying.

Unlike Doug, I haven't put anything on it and I'm happy to say that it has

gone away on it's own hover if I cheat in the smallest way this annoying

red/flaky circle comes back within a couple of days. So I tend to think that as

Bee has said it is my body telling me that its detoxing from the crap I've

eaten.

the benfits of eating raw eggs are numerus i eat raw eggs and supplement with

biotin . pepperwatsonblue

==>That is great that you " know " how nutritious raw eggs ARE! There is

so much false information about eggs that abound in our society, so

it's good to see you and many others haven't listened to them. :)
