The spagetti I experimented with today was a resounding success! I

haven't really tried any of the recipes in the files, because I'm

having too much fun experimenting with stuff myself! If there's not

already a spaghetti recipe there, here's a good one.... Serves 3

generously.... probably 4. I ate a lot and was stuffed....

Shred 1/4 cabbage. Fry it in coconut oil and 2 T water covered until

it is soft. At the end, add 2 Tablespoons butter and some Celtic

salt, stir, recover and turn off the heat. These are your " spaghetti

noodles "

*1 can certified organic tomato sauce with sea salt (Muir Glen or

Kroger Private Selection brand, which is also certified organic)

*1 can certified organic diced tomatoes (*might contain calcium

chloride)

*Brown two 1/3 pound grass-fed hamburger patties, and add to sauce.

(save the fat!!!)

*Dice 1/2 green pepper and 1 cup onion, and fry them in the fat

*2 Tablespoons (at least!) of Mtn Rose Oregano

*2 teaspoons of Mtn Rose Thyme

*1 Tablespoon Mtn Rose Parsely

*1 teaspoon of Mtn Rose Garlic Powder

*2 Mtn Rose Bay Leaves

*1/2 teaspoon (or more) Celtic Sea Salt

Add all ingredients and simmer on medium low heat for 25 minutes.

Adjust the herbs to suit your taste.

Serve it up just like you would spaghetti... I guarantee you that it

will taste just as good or better than any spaghetti you've ever

eaten!!

*** This summer when I grow my own tomatoes, I won't need to use

canned stuff. I just plan on splurging with this once or twice per

month or so.
