Guest guest
I'm not Bee, but I imagine that the antifungals do not have anything to do with getting rid of the toxins stored in our bodies from previous medications/bad foods/bad habits. I think if you get on the diet, and especially on all the fat, your body will gradually detoxify all of that stuff over time. I believe the good fat you will be eating is instrumental in that process. Also, as you burn YOUR fat as a result of losing/normalizing your body weight with the diet, the toxins will be dealt with at the same time, I would imagine. In other words, antifungals have more to do with killing/controlling organisms than getting rid of toxins. I might be wrong... but it does sound good, right? Guest guest
Dear Doug, You are absolutely correct. Good fats are the very best antioxidants and cleansers in the world!
