Guest guest
I have been talking so much about how much pain I am having, I thought I would post two positive things I have noticed. They're not huge, but still it's a nice change. My hair used to get very matted and tangled after I would rinse out the shampoo. I would then use conditioner which would help a little bit. Now when I wash my hair (same shampoo as before) it feels fine, almost as soft as it does after I use conditioner. The only thing I could contribute that to is the diet! Yesterday I started PMSing like I always do on Saturdays marked by abdominal distention and water retention. However, last weekend and also this weekend, I would say I am bloated. Before, the abdominal distention was so bad I went from a perfectly flat stomach to looking like I am several months pregnant. And now it's mostly the area under my belly button that's sticking out a little bit whereas before it was the whole area from my chest down. The water retention also doesn't seem as bad and I feel calm rather than angry, negative, and fearful. Last weekend the PMS ended mid-day on Tuesday instead of Wednesday morning like it had in the past few months so let's hope the same will happen this time or maybe it will end even sooner. :-) Blessings, a

Guest guest
Hi, The calf pain has been gone for 2 days now. I am down to a very mild headache, upper backache (mostly stiff when I tilt my head forward), lower backache, and toothache. I am having the tooth checked today. Hopefully I will be able to add VCO back in soon. I am also taking all the supplements now. a >a, that is very " good stuff " !! Thanks for the news. You are >making progress and I'm impressed.
