Yes you can still have your homemade coleslaw, but it does not substitute for taking sauerkraut because it does not provide the same benefits. Yes coleslaw does have many good nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin A, some B vitamins, magnesium, and others. Vitamin C is the highest.
