legumes, tubors, whole grains

Legumes are extremely healthy (and that includes peanuts, which are a

legume, recently discussed here as having reservitrol - the same desirable

ingredient as in red wine). Sweet potatoes are extremely healthy and are

discussed in the file " Dr Walford's posts " in our files.

We have also discussed recently the merits of whole grains. See the file:

" Checklist for CRON Variety " and remember we discover daily the disease

preventing nutrients in different foods. Your best bet is a wide variety of

different healthy foods in your diet.

Warren: this is not a good idea. Avoid a whole food group at your own

risk!!! This is an extremist point of view IMHO and if it comes from

another list, then leave it there.
