Does anyone know of a farm that sells raw butter in Central Florida. I

am south of Ocala, Fl. There is a farm that has pick up spots but just

wondering if there was a farm I could go to nearer to me that makes

there own butter.

Thanks to all for your help in finding raw butter.

Sensei,

The farm I purchased from is in Live Oak north of Gainesille. They

have deliveries Thurs AM and think they also go to Dade City and

Lutz for pickup. The email address is " thisisdennis@... "

==>Hi Kara. That's wonderful you can make your own raw butter! Butter

is antifungal so you would be getting die-off symptoms. If you need

to, start with less and gradually increase it to minimize die-off

symptoms. When candida is being killed off it puts out carbon dioxide

(gas) which causes bloating and discomfort.

==>Kara, butter contains different nutrients than coconut oil does, and

vice versa, so it is important to have both. Some people have more

reactions to raw butter, while others have more with coconut oil.
