Be sure not to go below 1000 as that's getting dangerously low. Walford says it's trial and error as everyone's metabolism is different. If you're happy with your weight, stay at the level you're at now. Read the files to learn about sweetner substitutions since that's your weakness. Also in our recipe dessert file, we have lots of low caloric non-sugar delicacies for you to try. If you haven't read: Beyond the 120 Year Diet, be sure to read it.
