Body measurement changes on CR

Hi everyone,

I'm curious how much one's body changes if a person goes from

a " normal " weight to a greatly reduced CR induced weight. For

example, I am a muscular 170 pounds (down from a fat 194) at 5' 8 "

and about 18% body fat. The typical serious CRer would consider me

nearly obese but non-CRers generally tell me I have a great body for

being a 48 y/o genetic male.

Just as a thought experiment I wonder what would happen were I to

drop down to, say, 145 pounds with my waist-line, chest size, etc.?

I am unusual in that I desire to drop a relatively large amount of

muscle with an intense diet given my transsexual nature! I've been

on female hormones and testosterone suppression for 55 weeks now and

intend on having Sexual Reassignment Surgery if I ever get to the

point of passing (see my profile and judge for yourself how I am

doing) so I have a bit more motivation than many to drop some more

weight. I suspect a low calorie, low protein diet would enable me

to drop weight with a disproportionate amount being muscle. I am so

healthy I have not missed a day of work or school for sickness in 38

years so I do not need to do anything special for health reasons and

feel I can push my diet a bit more than most and get away with it.

Here's an interesting tid-bid: My experience and research too has

convinced me that female hormones account for needing about 300

calories per day less for a woman (or TS on hormones) vs. a same

weight male. Until I got a handle on needing less calories I was

gaining weight like crazy on female hormones. IMO, women who

maintain even a normal weight are on a low grade CR relative to men

and this may account partially for women living longer than men.
