Guest guest
I've been meaning to ask Bee about the copper in chlorophyll. If I take it 3X per day, I'm getting 600% of the FDA of copper, plus whatever I'm getting from food. I imagine Bee will say the fats will chelate the copper out... that's what I'm hoping anyway! If I were you, I wouldn't do without the chlorophyll for too long, because I think it's an important part of this. Guest guest
I think the Vitamin C is supposed to balance out copper and I may have been slack in taking enough vitamin C for a while. If you started getting symptoms you could do a hair test to see what levels you have. Something raised my levels from low normal to high in a 6 month period, it may not have been chlorophyll, it may even be the pipes from the house we moved into 3 months ago who knows! But until my levels are lowered I'm avoiding copper as much as I can and taking zinc and extra C and some other supplements to lower it. I know that Chlorophyll is meant to be good for nutrients etc but I'm just going to have to go without it unless there I can find one without copper. I don't mean to startle anyone, like I said I don't know what raised my levels, it could have been pipes for all I know. Regards, Cara Make the switch to the world's best email. All of the supplements plus the diet works together, so each supplement is carefully selected. Bee
