Guest guest
Dear Ones, There are some who give extra niacin for mental problems. One of my sons got chemical hepatitis from taking too much niacin. Blessings on you all. LOve. MArge.
Guest guest
It seems like more of an indication that you aren't taking your 3 doses of green chlorophyll to me. I promise you, if you take your chlorophyll, you won't know WHAT color your stools are. Doug > > Are pale floating stools an indication of too much fat being consumed > or liver issues? Guest guest
Lol, Hi Doug, I'm not taking chlorophyll at the moment as I have high copper levels (showing in last hair test) which I need to get under control. High copper is not good! It is very abnormal for me to have pale stools so it is definately indicative of something wrong. Guest guest
I dont think it is necessarily something wrong! I think it maybe a sign of elimination of toxins. I've had times of very pale stools that floated and at first I was quite alarmed, but it seemed to happen when my body was going to work on healing...and I only got this when I changed my diet for the better, or I was doing metal detox methods. Why were they not pale at my sickest times? That's what I dont get. So I assume it " may " be a positive indicator in some cases. I also had other issues occur that I now realised was toxins being eliminated via the urine and bowels. If you are really worried, you can always get tested but in all honestly I don't go to doctors unless I think I'm about to DIE. Never had any satisfaction from them - only useless suggestions and being overcharged and wondering why I bothered. They also try to give medicated answers and once you get on one medication, then you get more medications to help you cope with the side effects of the other medication ;-) Before you know it, you're in a worse state than before you started. Sorry don't mean to show them all in a bad light. I know there are some great ones out there that are concerned and take on natural healing methods but for me they've been a rare breed. The ONLY thing that has really made a difference for my health has been eating the foods and fats advocated on here. Don't be too alarmed at some of these symptoms when yu're on a diet like this. I've had some real wacky stuff happen at first and you panic, but in all honest it was always followed by further healing and improvements. As Bee says, it's not all a smooth upward climb, things can intially go a bit haywire. It's also about the body adjusting and going through healing cycles. For instance, the SCD diet also talks about the bowel motions becoming some funny colours and do warn those who are starting it not to be alarmed. it is often part and parcel of changes taking place. Don't want to take chances with your health and would feel bad if there really was something amiss, but just giving you some reassurance that it may not be as bad as you think ;-) > > Lol, > Hi Doug, I'm not taking chlorophyll at the moment as I have high copper levels > (showing in last hair test) which I need to get under control. Stools will change more to brown as your body continues to adjust to the fats. Bee

High copper is not > good! ==>If you take the recommended amount of vitamin C, which is 4,000 mg per day, which will maintain copper levels to where they should be. ==>High copper in a hair analysis can also indicate too much zinc has been taken and/or copper isn't being utilized by the body properly, which usually means a lack of good fats, mineral imbalances, too many grains, seeds, nuts or legumes being consumed without proper preparation because they block absorption of minerals in the digestive track. ==>It is so important to take all of the supplements because they all work together with the diet, including enough Celtic ocean sea salt which contains over 84 minerals and water that contains minerals (not distilled, softened, or reverse osmosis); minerals must be added to distilled or reverse osmosis water. > It is very abnormal for me to have pale stools so it is definately indicative of something wrong. ==>No, there isn't anything wrong. It is normal when you first start consuming high good fats. Bee

Thanks Bee, I'm making a bigger effort to be consistant with this every day. > ==>It is so important to take all of the supplements because they all > work together with the diet, including enough Celtic ocean sea salt > which contains over 84 minerals and water that contains minerals (not > distilled, softened, or reverse osmosis); minerals must be added to > distilled or reverse osmosis water. Yes, I have distilled water -- unfortnately the filter uses colidal silver which I don't like. I do need to add minerals to the water though, I will look at the info on your site. It's great to see the website up and running again btw! > ==>No, there isn't anything wrong. It is normal when you first start > consuming high good fats. Well that's good to know. In addition to the egg drink I've started taking 1/4 cup of olive oil a day just to keep my fats up until I can tolerate more CO/Butter is this OK? Thanks for your reply. It's good to know that others have experienced this. If it is a sign of eliminating toxins bring it on! > If you are really worried, you can always get tested but in all > honestly I don't go to doctors unless I think I'm about to DIE. Oh yeah, I completely understand where you are coming from. I am exactly the same. I don't know where I'd be without groups like this! > healing methods but for me they've been a rare breed. Yes, I just have to keep that in mind! > Don't want to take chances with your health and would feel bad if > there really was something amiss, but just giving you some > reassurance that it may not be as bad as you think ;-) > Yes I really appreciate you taking the time to write. Olive oil tends to put on weight, unlike CO/butter and other fats. Bee
Guest guest
I also went through the pale stool stage. I was worried too because it lasted quite awhile. I would go back and forth on whether or not to call the doc. When I started the Clorofresh everything was green. Now everything is brown and I am not worried or preoccupied with this at all. Thank goodness. Shelby
