over a year now. It's only in the last month I realised I should be

eating more fats, hence my weight loss. Now I am doing everything

properly and have also started on bone broths and kimichi YUM YUM!!

==>That's wonderful news Amy.

shouldn't have strayed and what a waste of money. In that time I also

lost weight as I hadn't increased my fats.

> In the last month I have started on eggshell calcium, CLO, bone

broth and still take magnesium, usually 700-800mg a day. But I was on

12g a day without any calcium, I was on this large dose for about 6/7

months. Now I haven't had a period for about 7 months. Do you think

it will come back? I'm 22 years old. My nails also got brittle, do

you think my periods are missing because of weight loss or imbalance

of minerals for the last few months.

==>The fact that your nails are brittle is a sign that you are sadly

lacking calcium, and taking so much magnesium for so long has caused

depletion of calcium and other minerals in addition to minerals

imbalances in general. I recommend you take at least equal amounts

of cal to mag at 300 mgs each twice a day. If you get muscle cramps

increase magnesium another 150 mgs per day. The imbalances could

have caused you to miss periods for sure, but I am sure they will

come back if you stick to this program. Minerals are very important

for hormone production and balancing.

it properly I am now my normal weight I was before I got really ill.

> Yippee. Thanks Bee,

==>I am so happy for you Amy. Very well done. You are so welcome.

Luv, Bee
