What is in herbamare?

Will the garlic " soup " cause die off if I strain the crushed garlic out of

it?

That sounds so yummy.

If you do a google for herbamare you will find the ingredients.

Nothing is in it that is not allow on Bee's plan as we have NOTHING ever

that is not ok to have.
