Guest guest
This explains so well why I get sicker with RA/Lupus from Nov through April....and go into remission from June until Nov. I always knew it...glad the researchers know it too. Now what can we do? Maybe take more Vitamin D. I am taking it now...I will take more. Guest guest
Sunlight is the only source for getting D without toxicity. So, read what you can first & play safe with all D supplements. Everything I've read on the subj says that testing is important because excessive dosing can be harmful (fatal in fact). The Vit D test should be easily agreed to by any doctor. It's a blood test. kimlynette@... wrote: This explains so well why I get sicker with RA/Lupus from Nov through April....and go into remission from June until Nov.
