What was your blood > pressure when it was low, and what is it now, if I can ask? ==>When this came to my attention I did not have candida. At the time I was not aware that salt could be so important. I do not recall what my blood pressure was. My heart rate was only 55; both situations alarmed my doctor who sent me to a specialist. I was put on a heart monitor for 19 hours, and he advised me to drastically increase my salt intake, even to eat it off my hand. Of course he didn't know about good ocean sea salt, which is what I took. Two weeks later my BP and heart rate were normal! > > Also, no matter how much salt I take during the day, if I go over 50 > mg of niacin, my blood pressure tanks for the rest of the day and so > does my energy, but you mention (in another post on this topic) that > this wouldn't happen if I have enough sea salt. I was taking supplements, and the only thing it appeared I was missing was having " enough " good salt. That doesn't mean it will be the same for others because there are other factors to consider, particularly because you have candida. Guest guest
Thanks for the response Bee, and I do take all the supplements (including the salt drink). I just was wondering since you mentioned in another post that niacin shouldn't impact blood pressure as long as a person had enough salt. Since more than 50mg of niacin seems to impact my BP, I thought maybe that would mean I should have more salt. But from your response, I can't tell if you think that would be good idea or not, or whether I should just wait and ride it out, and just keep my niacin intake at 50mg. --- " Bee " <beeisbuzzing2003@...> wrote: --- " jeccajay " <jeccajay@> wrote: ....no matter how much salt I take during the day, if I go over 50 mg of niacin, my blood pressure tanks for the rest of the day and so does my energy, but you mention (in another post on this topic) that this wouldn't happen if I have enough sea salt. Allow the program to help your adrenals, along with doing daily skin brushing, etc. Bee
