==>You are right Doug. Many strange things can occur on this diet. I

believe any unusual spots on the skin are toxins coming out.

==>That's great Doug. Now you can order from Mountain Rose Herbs

through my website, eh?

==>Congratulations Doug! I think Jack 's are fantastic! She

should give you lots of enjoyment.

Since we are mentioning weird things...I have had a floater in my left

eye for a couple of weeks. It would come and go. The last couple of

days I have only noticed it for maybe an hour a day. It seems to be

going away. I resisted the urge to call the doc again and wait and

see. As I sit here now, there is nothing wrong with my eye. Maybe it

will clear up. Also I am breaking out with big zit type bumps on my

face (just a few). I don't get acne ever. Not even as a teen. They

resemble a small boil...what is up with this? I really don't like this

one.

==>Hi Shelby. Eye floaters and blurred vision are very common for

candida sufferers. They, too, shall pass. It doesn't mean there is

anything wrong with your eyes.

==>Your zit type bumps means that toxins are being eliminated through

your skin, so it is not a bad sign. I suggest you help your body

detoxify more, see:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/toxin12.php

==>Do ensure you are taking all of the supplements. Liquid chlorophyll

and niacin are particularly helpful for detoxification; along with high

good fats diet of course plus oil soluble vitamins A, D & E, and Omega-

3 - the diet plus supplements works together.

Cheers, Bee
