Guest guest
I tend to binge on my healthy foods....and then the next day...I fast for at about 8 hrs after waking up....that seems to clear the decks for me and I get back on track. Guest guest
Often, if one has the urge to binge, drinking something will alleviate the urge. In fact many times when we think we're hungry, we're really thirsty. In that case, a healthy drink (V-8 juice, home-made no sugar lemonade or limeade, or Warren's fruit punch* are good examples) sometimes will abort the urge. (I don't always remember to do this myself btw.) *The recipe for Warren's fruit punch just a small amount of juice in lots of water with added sucralose/splenda for flavor. on 12/19/2003 11:41 AM, kimlynette@... at kimlynette@... wrote: > I tend to binge on my healthy foods....and then the next day...I fast for at > about 8 hrs after waking up....that seems to clear the decks for me and I get > back on track. You are thirsty " See what you get. > > In that case, a healthy drink (V-8 juice, home-made no sugar > lemonade or limeade, or Warren's fruit punch* are good examples) > sometimes will abort the urge.
