Guest guest
We are all the same. We make goofups about eating. Sometimes we just make sad choices, go out of control, and eat too much of the wrong things (bingeing). In CR, there is a weight adjustment period. As you gradually lose weight (please do it gradually by making wise food choices), your body will accommodate, and the urge to binge will diminish. Over time as you adjust (and train your mind), you will get solid and reliable. The key is to stay actively involved (in this support forum). Then you will get nurtured, and your mind will be trained, as your body adjusts and gets reprogrammed. There will be a new you. :-) :-) :-) -- Warren > -----Original Message----- > From: Jon Ziegler [mailto:HerrZiegler@...] > Sent: Friday, December 19, 2003 6:45 AM > > Subject: Re: [ ] Digest Number 1092 > > > >>>The hardest part of CRON for me was this: Figuring > out how to > overcome my bad eating habits and bingeing > violations.<<< > > > Hello Warren, > > This seems to be an issue for many.
