Guest guest
I suspect she's referring to grape seed extract, Trudy. My name is Jonah, BTW, I don't mean to be rude by answering this email... it may take me a while to get used to the protocols here... Guest guest
Hi Jonah! > I suspect she's referring to grape seed extract, Trudy. Nearly! Grapefruit seed extract. Very potent natural anti-fungal, which candida doesn't seem to develop resistance to. > My name is Jonah, BTW, I don't mean to be rude by answering this > email... Not at all! I'm glad you did, because I didn't get to my e-mail last night. We all just pitch in here, generally - I don't think there ARE protocols, apart from 'be nice to each other'!! Guest guest
Don't beat yourself up over it. Just go back to your plan when the binge is over. An occasional binge is probably harmless if your usual eating is CRON-like. Even Walford admitted in his book to an occasional binge. OTOH, if you have to binge, try to make it on healthy foods, not M & M's or coke. on 12/19/2003 9:45 AM, Jon Ziegler at HerrZiegler@... wrote: > Hello Warren, > > This seems to be an issue for many.
