Nearly! Grapefruit seed extract. Very potent natural anti-fungal,

which candida doesn't seem to develop resistance to.

Not at all! I'm glad you did, because I didn't get to my e-mail last

night. We all just pitch in here, generally - I don't think there ARE

protocols, apart from 'be nice to each other'!! ;)

Don't beat yourself up over it. Just go back to your plan when the binge is

over. An occasional binge is probably harmless if your usual eating is

CRON-like. Even Walford admitted in his book to an occasional binge.

OTOH, if you have to binge, try to make it on healthy foods, not M & M's or

coke.
