Guest guest
Bernadette, everything I have read over many years describes the nutritional content of frozen veggies equal to and often higher than their fresh counterparts. Guest guest
Varies. Sometimes chop, dice, with big Chef's knife, when I have time. If I'm splurging, I'll occasionally buy pre-chopped veggies. Preparation also varies. I often like raw veggies with various dips, sometimes even with odd condiments like mustard or steak sauce. Sometimes steamed, sometimes stri-fried, sometimes roasted. >From: " bernadettepawlik " <bernadettepawlik@...> >Reply- > >Subject: [ ] Veggies made easy! >Date: Thu, 22 Jan 2004 17:02:34 -0000 > >Since my last post on veggies, I've been incorporating some of the >suggestions made here to make veggies more enticing (in particular, >spicing them up.) > >However, I've been relying upon frozen veggies which I zap in the >microwave, which I suspect adversely effects their nutritional content. > >So, how do the rest of you make veggie consumption easy?
