I can eat or drink soy in smaller amounts. When I went way up on soy consumption and added the supplements, I definitely had problems. Eliminated the supps and dropped consumption down to a couple of times a week and I can tolerate soy, though I am not crazy about it. It is as I said, in just about everything it seems now days.

I've had problems with soy too. For philosophical reasons I've been

trying for years to go vegetarian. I finally attacked it head on this

past year and began replacing a lot of my protein with soy. My panic

attacks surged and became terribly bad, and I had problems with brain

fog and itchy red hands, not to mention nausea. Finally I found a

website that talked about this as an allergy. Now I avoid soy, and just

try to be really responsible about where I buy my meat.
