but I've been reading A LOT! I would very much like to try this but at

the moment I'm quite sick. My daughter got sick on Thursday last week

and I got sick on Saturday. Cough, congestion, not able to stay awake,

VERY BAD headache, dizzy when I wake up.

My question is ... would it be better to start this new diet before I

get better or wait until the cold has cleared up before I start? My

daughter has just now gone back to school so I figure I'm about two

days behind her... maybe.

==>Hi Tonya. Welcome to our wonderful Group. When you have a cold it

is important to get proper nutrition to help your body get over it.

You wouldn't have to start on the diet just now, but eating some good

nutritious foods, along with other things, would be important for both

of you. See " Cold, Cough & Flu Treatments " ;
