Hi All,

Last week Monday I stopped using the hormone cream I had started last year

in April before finding this program. For the last 3 months or maybe more I

have had PMS, marked by abdominal distention and water retention 24/7 and a

few other symptoms, starting Saturday evening through Wednesday morning.

Every weekend this happens and it's frustrating. This last weekend, after

stopping the cream, the PMS started Saturday morning instead of evening

which was even more frustrating.

Also, I have been avoiding butter because I also get pretty bad abdominal

distention and water retention from it. This would typically last about 24

or even 36 hours when eating trace amounts. So what I have done since

finding Bee's program, is to eat butter while I am PMSing since I already

have the abdominal distention and water retention.

Well, this morning around 9 AM my big, distented stomach was back to being

perfectly flat and the water retention is gone also. I had had some of the

fake cream in my decaf this morning so that means the PMS ended 2 whole days

earlier than it has been AND I don't have a reaction to butter anymore. I am

SO excited and I really needed some progress. I have some pain again today

from die off I assume and I know that it's going to be only smooth sailing

from here on out, but to me this is a sign that things are getting better.

I know you've really struggled at times but now you're starting to

reap the benefits of perseverance.

Great news! Yeah! I was thinking though, as gelatin is suppose to be

very good for digestion, do you think that may be why you experienced

this improvement. Theres a lot of great info yo be found about

gelatin on the weston price site, here is just one of the many

I know my stomach distention issues improved some when I started to

eat more soups. I never connected the two, but maybe for you and me,

it was the gelatin that helped. Just something to think about. Next

time you have bloating, eat the fake cream and see if it goes away

sooner. I know the next time I have bloating issues, I am going to

have bone broth or fake cream myself to test the connection. " )
