I am a woman 53 and although I have always been active find myself 20 lbs overweight and feeling that things are slightly out of my control. I am ready for a radical change in my diet and to reclaim my health. I have read the book " The Anti-Aging Plan " and am a little confused about where to start. I want to do the fast track. Do I just try to eat healthy 1800 calorie meals? In my intro to the group letter " CR easy " was recommended. How do I access that? I have a son 11 so I will be cooking differently for him?
