Instant Bean tomato Curry recipe

If anyone like curries you can try this recipe

You need 1 pot/sauce pan

INGREDIENTS

1 Can/pack of tomatoes(max 500g)

1 Can/pack of beans (any type)

Alternatively 100g of beans that can be instantly cooked.

Looking at around 300 calories

Mixture of curry POWDERS,as much or as little as you want (I use

alot, about 1/4 cup)

Tumeric

Corriander

Cinammon (not too much)

Garam masala

Mustard powder (not too much)

Pepper

etc

Salt to taste (I use quite a bit 1/2 Table spoon)

METHOD

Bung all the ingrdients into a pot and mix.

Bring to a boil. Boil as much as you want,I tend to not reduce it too

much.

NOTE

Curry will taste like medicine if you dont put generous portion of

salt. If you want to restrict salt, this recipe is probably a bad

idea.

You can add vegetables if you wish.

You can add a table spoon of oil if you wish.

Eating with rice is probably the best.
