Hello! I am wondering if all the brands listed in the Supplements

Chart by are highly recommended. There are so many vitamin lines

out there and so much hype. I have definitely been led to believe that

cheap vitamins usually are not reputable and to be very careful. I'm

pretty sure that Source Naturals and Twinlab are good. What about NOW

brand? Also I have heard that the most bioavailable source of vitamin

E is from the A.C. Grace company. Most Naturopaths I have been to use

very expensive vitamin lines. Any thoughts? Thanks All! Crystal

Crystal,

I can't speak from experience to all your questions, but I use alot of NOW

brand and have been very happy with them.

I sure notice a difference when I use a poor brand, like for instance, when I

use a good magnesium in the evening I get a relaxed feeling and sleep better.

But when I have switched to different brands, I can tell I've made a poor choice

when I lose that benefit.

Another affordable brand that I have had good experiences with is Solaray.

I have been less than satisfied with KAL and Country Life.

Hope this helps.

==>NOW brand is good, and also Natural Factors. I have been taking

Clear Base Vitamin E by Natural Factors since the 90s; they controlled

my hot flashes when I was going through menopause so I know they were

good. The reason naturopaths recommend expensive vitamin lines is

because they can make money from them. Whereas mainstream lines like

NOW, Natural Factors, Solaray, etc. are available to everyone without

having to go through a natural practitioner.
