Anyone with food allergy, how did you substitute?

I cant say for sure but I think I have a bad reaction to whole-wheat

products. A while back I developed some rashes while eating whole-

wheat bread.

I have been off whole-wheat for a while now and I dont have that rash

any more.

I recently read a newspaper article indicating that people can be

allergic to

EGG

MILK

WHEAT

BUCK WHEAT

PEANUTS

There are many other I am sure but this seems to be the main ones.

BTW I substitute whole-wheat for things like rice.
