Guest guest
Bernie: we welcome you and all the other recent new members to the group! How many calories were you eating ad lib? How tall are you? How much do you weigh? You may be hungry because you're trying to do too much too soon. Also see our " Aids and Tips " file which should help you avoid hunger. After croning for a few months, you should be able to get your hunger under control as most of us have been able to do. on 1/6/2004 12:45 PM, bernadettepawlik at bernadettepawlik@... wrote: > With the birth of our son, I'm very interested in living long enough > to see my grandchildren. Guest guest
Do exactly what Francesca and all the rest of us do when thoughts of food are on your mind: You eat. CR is not about pain, complexity, or deprivation. CR is about reducing calories and improving nutrition. When hungry, you eat. Choose low calorie nutritious food. You are guaranteed to lose weight. You will improve your health. You will have a wonderful time. -- Warren PS: Your message below is great. May I post it to another bulletin board? It can help others. ====================== On 06 Jan 2004, bernadettepawlik wrote: > With the birth of our son, I'm very interested in living long > enough to see my grandchildren. With the best low calorie foods, your meals can be big and they can be tasty and very filling. > > However, I've finding that thoughts of food are always on my mind! Choose CR foods you like, that are " light " -- very low calorie. Learn to prepare them so you love them. Then eat up! > > I thought I would post here frequently to reinforce my commitment to > CRONING! Good for you! Your major job is to choose the best CR foods (low calories, high nutrition). It is easy to make up a totally non-controversial list of the best CR foods -- where everybody agrees. I would start off with these " sure winners " that appear on everybody's list. Then CR will be fun and easy!
