Guest guest Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 Dear Bee, The sea salt I have says the ingredients are salt (from evaporated sea water) and calcium silicate (an anti-caking agent). Is it ok to use this in the electrolyte drink and generally in place of salt? I looked at celtic sea salt but it was soo much more expensive-why is that? Thanks.
