I am working now and don't want to heat my lunch up in the microwave. I

don't mind eating it slightly cold, but I don't like it out of the fridge.

Would it be ok to leave it sitting out at room temperature for about 4 hours

or is there a chance of fungi and mold growing on it in that time span?

Thanks,

==>It is better to take your lunch to work in a thermos or an insulated

bag or cooler. You could also take foods that don't need to be heated.

+++Hi. Is your name Arlene?

What kind of emergency are you referring to? Long term during a disaster ?
