Guest guest
I started to suffer from foot pain over a week ago and thought " This must be the Hering's Law of Cures " that I have been reading about. I started the diet 4 months ago, and 4 years ago, I realized that the bones in my foot were moving and causing pain, so it calculated perfectly. However, then my back started to ache, and I have injured my tail bone many times and more than 4 years ago. Then I found out my husband had been adding " cinnamon-sugar " to our breakfast drink instead of " cinnamon. " Ughhhhhhh! At first I was so upset at the sabotage, but now I feel it will keep me from being tempted to go back to my old foods, because I will have to go back to my old aches and pains too! That's good you discovered the cinnamon-sugar. It may not have been enough to cause big problems, so you could still be retracing those previous symptoms.
