Guest guest
Hi Bee Is low saliva production a candida symptom ? My glands produce so slowly that I take a break between mouthfuls to again build up some in my mouth before taking another bite. This strategy ensures that I get a fair amount mixed with my food but as it takes up to a couple of minutes to build up enough it makes for some pretty long meals. I find that it is essential though, for good digestion. Is there anything that I can do or take to increase saliva production ? paul [ ] Re: Vegetarians and your program > > Dear Bee > > Do you believe that vegetarians can succeed at overcoming candida > according to your methods? Many people have joined this group as vegetarians but they have decided they would rather be healthy than cling to being vegan. The body cannot function properly on a vegan diet because human bodies are designed to run on mainly animal meats and " good " fats as described in the articles. Humans are not herbivores (consuming only plant foods) like cows who have 5 stomachs, chew their cud, etc. in order to break down plant fibres. In fact humans can be perfectly healthy only eating meats and " good " fats, and no carbs, like the Eskimos in this article: http://www.biblelife.org/stefansson1.htm All human bodies are the same regardless of culture, race, etc., and they all require the same nutrients, most of which are only found in animals meats, eggs, fish, etc. - see " The Myths & Truths About Vegetarianism " ; http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods34.php As Doug wrote kefir and yogurt are not recommended for candida. Kefir also contains alcohol. Please read the Section on Yogurt & Kefir in my article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " ; http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_8.php Tests for candida are not reliable or conclusive. The reasons are explained in my article as well and there is also a Questionnaire that is the most reliable test for candida. Any doctor can test your stools for parasites, which some candida sufferers will have, along with other bacteria - when the immune system is depressed it allows many kinds of parasites, bacteria, etc. to occur, as well as candida. This program will cure them all since the antifungals recommended also kill parasites and other bacteria. Also the high " good " fats on this program gets rid of heavy metals in the body. But the main focus must be on building up the immune system so it becomes strong enough to correct outnesses in the body, i.e. parasites, candida, bacteria, heavy metals, etc. What is the reason you are vegan? The best in health, Bee

I had it so bad that the salivary gland under my chin was swollen and sore. Candida toxins make all of the body's cell membranes rigid/stiff so that includes fluids and blood. The best treatment is massages of all the salivary glands, as often as you can, and particularly before meals. Find a good chart that shows where the glands are located - google images - and then massage them with your fingertips. I massaged inside on the floor of my mouth in the front under my tongue too, as well as outside. Also putting solutions in your mouth and holding them and swishing them around for 2 minutes as recommended for mouth thrush will help - see this article; http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat18.php Start your meals with a few sips of the Electrolyte Drink and also add fresh ground pepper, and other spices to your foods to help get your digestive juices going. Here's the Electrolyte Drink: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe170.php The best to you, Bee P.S. , may I ask that you please trim your messages. See our Group's Files (left menu) and find the folder: Candida Group Information to find out why and how. Thanks a bunch! > > paul >
