Guest guest
Judging by their low calorie intake (1800 for and 1400 for Kitty) andtheir healthy choices for foods, how can you say they're not much into CR? On the new pyramid guidelines that Francesca sent, they are even beginning to advocate a lower caloric intake for sendentary women 30-50...200 less than before. Now they say 1800. 1800 is my tops calories with a hard workout. Most days stay between 1500-1800 depending on appetite and energy output. But I am glad that the recommendations are going down. It will help make people aware that most of us eat too much.

Does a person have to be in semi-starvation mode to qualify? Al: I hope you're still not battling anorexia. I get worried when I read your opinions. on 2/3/2004 1:35 PM, old542000 at apater@... wrote: > Hi All, > > appears to have his political opinions about the CR > groups. > > Note their blood test results at the bottom on the website page. > and Kitty seem to be not very to be much of a CRers, although he > says he is a moderate CRer. > > Cheers, Al Pater. > > ``Important Note: As of Dec 18, 2002, the CR Society has become a > 501 ©(3) tax-exempt organization; therefore we no longer suggest > that individuals join and support it. Guest guest
Dunno- looks OK for moderate CR to me. Guest guest
Hi All, Regarding your questions and others', the white blood cell reduction of CR was not evident. I am skeptical regarding people's reported caloric intakes. My anorexia is not too good and better than it was before.
