Red Raspberry Leaf Tea

Red raspberry is one that usually has a very good taste to it. I brew it in

my coffee pot. About 5 heaping tablespoons to 8 cups of water. Also I

sprinkle cinnamon on it before brewing. Comes out quite tasty. I can drink

it cold or hot with sugar. I think the key is to make it strong. If you

don't like it add more next time. It should come out the color of regular

tea. Hope it works for you, it's so good for you.

Red raspberry leaf tea

From: " Sherri-Lee " <slp@...>

Hi there, I just wanted to ask about some info on Red raspberry leaf tea. I

did buy some of the dried herbs from the health food store and steeped some

in hot water and drank one cup. It was VILE!!! LOL... so what am I doing

wrong? Is there a prepared tea I can buy that is as good? Or is what I am

doing right with just wrong quantities... any suggestions on how to prepare

it so I can start drinking it would be appreciated:)

Thanks,

Sherri-Lee

Is this the tea that you shouldn't take in early pregnancy? I can't remember,

just check it out if you are pregnant :) I used to add honey to mine.
