Weakness- need help!

Hi all!

I have been trying to quit my last bit of complex carbs and not doing well.. a

week ago I started having a horrible migraine on the second day which lasted for

3 days so I added small amounts of quinoa and lentils back for the next few

days. Now I'm trying again and feel so awfully weak :( I like to be quite

active, cycling and walking a lot, but today I could hardly drag my feet and was

getting lightheaded. I don't mind if it lasts for a few days until my body

adjusts, but it would interfere with my work and other activities if it lasts

any longer... I'm eating a lot of coconut oil and other fats along with poultry,

fish, eggs and vegetables, but it does not seem to help much. And I don't think

I can eat more meat. Also my anxiety has increased again today (same happened

last time, I think it is related to hypoglycemia). I don't crave carbs at all,

hardly ever hungry, so the only concern is this weakness. Just thought I would

mention that I am taking

all the recommended supplements since last Saturday.

What can I do to improve the situation??

One more question- our brain needs glucose to function properly. Where does it

get it on this diet?

Thanks so much for any input,

Ivanda
