Guest guest
It seems that we are born with an inborn craving for sweet tasting foods. Ever try and get a sickly child to eat when they didn't want to...sweeten it and you can get them to eat. Just a spoonful of sugar helps... Anyway...I am thrilled for a product that can give me the taste I desire without the blood sugar-raising-protein-binding properties of sugar. ly though, Splenda is sooo sweet, I have to use less than is recommended. The Hansens Calorie Free sodas are tooo sweet. I have been a carbo-craving addict for most of my life. I am now freer of the cravings...and I am able to control my desire for other poor starches by using a little Splenda now and then in a salad dressings, cocoa or whatever. By the way, anyone ever notice that their desire/cravings for sweets goes way up the colder it gets? This is the hardest time of year for me. My sweet cravings go way down about May and June and stay down until November. Happy Health Hunting this New Year. kim
