In fact the 'Heartcenteronline' email newsletter is well worth

signing up for. The latest issue has excellent stuff on Lp-a and

Crp ......... High levels of the former has now apparently been

shown to be a good predictor of both risk of stroke and risk of death

in men over 65. While high levels of the latter, which has already

been proven to be a good predictor of an approaching heart attack,

has now been shown to predict future increases in blood pressure

among those with currently normal blood pressure.
