Dear e, I had lost the use of my left arm from Degenerative Arthritis in

my shoulder. I used to take glucosomine, msm, chondrotin and hydrolic acid for

it along with tumeric and boswella for the pain..However, Bone Broth along with

Bee's diet cured me of it. :) I drank a cup of the Bone Broth every night. I

like the taste of chicken the best. Total healing time? 8 months.

Your tummy upset may be from the tumeric. I found I could never take more than

1/8th teaspoon.

BTW, oolong, green and white tees all are high in caffeine.

Regards,

Nan

---Hi bee and all,

can you tell me how these products are, glucosomine,

msm, chondrotin and hydrolic acid?

I started taking them in a product called renew in

joint care, it also has tumeric ginger root,

bromelain, boswella, oolong tea green and white tee

and all of the b vitamins, plus more.

I had stomach discomfort but noticed a difference in

my joint stiffness.

Hi e,

Just wanted to point out some things about the supplements you were

looking into...

Chondroitin - is an important structural component of cartilage.

Rather than buy an expensive supplement that only contains one of the

many nutrients needed for healthy joints, why not just eat bone broths

that not only have Chondroitin but other also many other nutrients

that your body needs healthy joints.

Glucosamine - is a precursor for glycosaminoglycans, which are a major

component of joint cartilage. Again rather than buy expensive

supplements you can get not just the precursor of what joints needs,

but actually get the item itself from eating bone broths. Why take a

precursor supplement, that requires your body to convert it before it

can be used, if you can have the nutrient you need directly from bone

broths.

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) - is an organosulfur compound. This is a

little more interesting. There are clinical trials that show it can

be helpful, but nothing that clearly illustrates why this is. I would

like to hazard a guess here, if I may. Since sulfur compounds often

exhibit antifungal properties, I would think that MSM's effectiveness,

then, is due to it being a mild anitfungal. But since you are on

Bee's diet, good old sulfur rich garlic has more than enough sulfur to

do the trick nicely for you, with out you having to buy an expensive

supplement.

Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) - this one is easy as Bee actually recommends

people use this on the diet as it helps improve digestion. It

shouldn't be surprising that HCl helps joints, since improved

digestion means more nutrient absorption, which in turn means your

joints get more of the nutrients they need.
