Guest guest Posted January 9, 2004 Report Share Posted January 9, 2004 Yesterday was a fairly successful day by two measures: I did not feel hungry, and I increased my veggie intake to 7 servings. The hunger was abated by spacing my meals at 3 hour intervals and by including protein and fiber in each meal. The fiber came from increased veggie intake. I'm tracking my calories in a 3 x 5 inch simple food diary and then recording the daily total on a wall calendar. Thus far (beginning on Monday) my calories have gone from 2,400 (when I was desperately hungry) to yesterday's 1700 with no hunger. I've viewing CRONING as a " game " .
