That product isn't just for fat digestion. Amylase digests carbs, Protease digests protein, and Lactase helps digest lactose (found in dairy). All of these digestive enzymes are produced by the pancreas which needs to be triggered or stimulated by the foods emptying from the stomach containing enough hydrochloric acid. Therefore the most important help for digestion is Betaine hydrochloric acid (HCl). It is important to take HCl so it make your pancreas do its job. I couldn't find out what the product is derived from, nor other details about it. Irregular heartbeats can be normal for many people, particularly when stressed. A lack of electrolytes can cause them, i.e. enough ocean sea salt per day plus a " good " mineralized water. Also magnesium regulates heartbeats, (taken with calcium per my article). Stress depletes magnesium, so more may be required. Bee
Guest guest
Hi Heart palpitations are a common die-off symptom. I get this from time to time as well. I believe it's part of the healing process and since eggs are really healing since they contain sulfur and are antifungal, they can contribute to this. > > Hi all, > <snip> > > Do you think the eggs is the reason for this? Is this nothing to worry about what I have experienced last night? > > Cheers > > Chris >
Guest guest
> > I am 28 years old and very fit so it was quite disturbing. I have mentioned to Bee about being blood tested for my reaction to Egg's and my Igg score coming up at 76.7 mg/L which was the highest reaction to any food. +++Hi Chris. See this article on Food Allergy Tests: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/allergy4.php > > Do you think the eggs is the reason for this? Is this nothing to worry about what I have experienced last night? +++Like others wrote, your reactions are because healing/die-off reactions, which will come and go as you progress. Instead of having a whole egg, just have the egg yolk and maybe even 1 teaspoon to start, and only gradually increase it to minimize your healing reactions. Cheers, Bee
