Hello! I was wondering if anyone here has tried acupuncture therapy as

a means to help strengthen digestion? I have also read that it can be

used to help with addiction. I would be interested in this since most

of us who suffer from candida start out with strong food addictions.

Peace! Crystal

==>Hi Crystal. Acupuncture is a very helpful therapy, but it still

means the person needs to directly help their digestion and build up

their immune system. You can also do your own treatments by using

Shiatzu methods, which are similar to acupuncture. For help with

addiction, cravings, withdrawal symptoms, etc. see

Hi Crystal,

I did use acupuncture this year - weekly for 3 mo and it was helpful in many

regards, but was just too expensive to continue as a support tool. And that is

all it turned out to be for me, a support tool, that offered temporary

improvements. You still have to stay on the diet to beat back the candida. If

I had the money though, I would continue to go weekly; it was very relaxing and

therapeutic in many surprising areas. I should also say that in that time frame

I had no noticable improvements to any of my digestive problems.
