I wonder about this...are they taking into account the Soy proteing isolate? Because soy protein isolate is very different from tofu and soy beans. Soy protein isolate is not a whole food, is in fact industrial waste sold as a "protein supplement". Next time you take the stuff, notice how your digestive system reacts. Also, regarding tofu. Tofu can be made different ways...one way with Nigari and then there is a nother way I can't recall right now. I hear the nigari way is the chemical way of creating tofu.
