Guest guest
I was raised to be a non-pork eater. I have changed. There was a time when it disgusted me to eat animals but not enough to stop. Eating meat is what happens when you are in a world full of disgusting things. There are good things too. Meat is our blessing. The animals eat the things like other animals and plants and they get nutrition and then we get the nutrition they have used. If a person does not like to eat meat because they do not like killing animals what about killing flies, bees, insects, snakes? And....whoever leaves one fire ant living before the lights go out is the loser...in my opinion. I read in a Book where it says we were given everything we need to eat that would keep us well. I may be paraphrasing a bit. We have to find what it is that keeps us that way. Our foreparents must have had more knowledge than we did and it has been lost through leaving their ways. Imagine, I was given spoons of cod liver oil and the industry decided that was archaic so it went out of fashion. I bought a large bottle of it today. So, pass the burgers please. Guest guest
HI all, If I could have my wish I would be a vegetarian.I even went to India and stayed at an ashram. I was vegetarian for 10 years and became extremely ill. I was a sugar addict cause I wasn't getting enough protein to meet my needs. I found out that I have allergies to gluten and dairy as well as eggs and yeast. I get attacks of vomiting, palpitations and shaking that can last 6 hours. Its not pretty. I am carbohydrate sensitive as well so I do much better on a very low carb diet. I had a blood test that showed I have yeast and I don't even have thrush or athlete's foot. To me thrush would show that the yeast is really taking over. Now I eat meat veggies and fats and am on my way to recovery. I consider it my medicine.I had 6 intestinal infections; I was in such bad shape.I thank the animal for giving up its life just like the American Indians did.I eat beef, poultry and fish. Thanks for listening, June > > I was raised to be a non-pork eater. I have changed. > There was a time when it disgusted me to eat animals but not enough to stop.
