some everyday and felt great but then got a burning bladder infection

so I was wondering if it was the coconut oil. Also, can eating coconut

maccaroons that have egg whites in them cause a biotin deficiency? Can

antibiotics cause one too? I also seem to get ketones in my urine

easily now can that be from the need of biotin? When I took biotin the

other day It made me get the chills and I had to eat right away but

nothing seemed to help except brown rice crackers. Is that because the

biotin was causing some sort of die off? Can biotin cause your sugar

to drop? I thought it was supposed to help regulate it. Thanks for any

advice or suggestions, Wanda

Only raw egg whites bind biotin. However macaroons have a lot of sugar.

And sugar is always a problem.
