Hi everyone, I just joined up in hopes to find out some more info

about CR. I'm a 25 yr old artist and mom to a 2 1/2 yr old (how fun

that age is :P ) I am also an ex-annorexic/bulliemic. I was told

something about this lifestyle from a friend and she mentioned it

was a healthy way to loose weight. With being an EX-a/b I really

want to have a healthy way to loose and still make myself get the

nutrition I need. I'm having trouble with the baby weight left over

and everything I've tried to do just leaves me feeling angry and

toxic. I'm aiming to loose weight and try to purify my system. My

husband and I hope to be living a self supported life one day,

providing our own power, food, ect. So I'm also very intrested in

trying to find the best foods to grow to keep us healthy and strong.

This is probably stupid but do you find you have energy for the day

with this lifestyle, or do you tire easily? Its funny cause when

I " diet " I'm tired...but right now I'm not dieting or doing

anything else and I have very little energy to get thru my days.

Anyway, sorry if I don't make much sense, my toddler is running

around grunting *roll eyes* lol. Thanks for reading.
