All-you-can-eat CR Diet

This is an " All you can eat " CR diet, with a meat-base soup,

along with veggies, toppings, berries, and supplements.

The veggies, toppings, berries, and soup all provide

nice variety for the diet.

The 3-day (to 4-day) all-you-can-eat veggie soup is the

only cooking (15 minutes in a big pot, once every 3 to 4 days).

Soup will last a week when put in self-sealing canning jars.

Veggies are free choice (frozen or fresh) from a list.

Veggie toppings are free choice from a list.

Begin veggie toppings and dips

Brewer's yeast (any brand OK, like labs).

Kraft low-fat parmesan grated cheese

Smart Beat non-fat mayonnaise dressing (10 Cal per TBL)

Franco-American fat-free turkey gravy (20 Cal per 1/4 cup)

Other fat-free salad dressings (any brand OK)

Apple cider vinegar or vinaigrette (and brand OK)

Non-fat spaghetti sauce

Begin berry selection (1/4 pound daily)

Begin 3-day all-you-can-eat soup recipe:

Dice up the following:

*** 1 Lb fresh onions

*** 1 Lb fresh cabbage

*** 1 Lb fresh carrots (or beets)

*** 1 Lb lean meat (any variety: beef, chicken, turkey...)

Use large 12 quart pot and put 6 quarts of water into the pot.

Bring water to a boil. Add the following:

*** 1 Lb diced lean meat

*** 8 TBL S & F Brand soup base (beef, chicken, etc)

*** 4 TBL S & F Italian Seasoning (to taste)

*** 2 TBL S & F New Mexico chili powder (to taste).

*** 1 TBL salt (to taste)

*** 1 Lb S & F frozen okra

*** optional sprouted lentils (8 TBL sprouted)

Boil for 10 minutes to create meaty soup stock.

Then throw in veggies: onions, cabbage, and carrots.

Turn off stove just before comes to a boil (to stew in own heat).

Let finish cooking for 15 minutes

Put hot soup into canning jars (lids will seal automatically).

Soup stays fresh in fridge for 4 or 5 days, to a week and longer.

Note: S & F = Smart and Final store carries these items.

Note: Can substitute equal weight other veggies from veggie list.
